Short version: no accounts, no sign-ups, and we don't ask for your personal information. Game progress lives on your own device, and high-score initials you choose are public and anonymous.

1. Overview

djbigduck.com (the "Site") is a free, just-for-fun website. We designed it to collect as little as possible. There are no user accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or other personal details to play.

2. Information stored on your device

The games use your browser's local storage to remember things like sound preferences, which items you've unlocked, your local high scores, and flags that prevent a single play or "like" from being counted more than once. This information stays on your device, isn't tied to your identity, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

3. Information stored on our servers

Anonymous counts. Totals such as how many times a song has been played or liked are stored as aggregate numbers, not linked to any individual.
Leaderboard entries. If you choose to post a score, we store the short initials you type (up to three characters) and the score. These are public, anonymous, and self-chosen — please don't enter personal information.

4. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site is served through a hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare), which automatically processes standard technical data — such as your IP address and basic device/browser information — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. This processing is governed by the provider's own privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell any data.

5. Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The Site relies on the local storage described above for basic functionality, not on tracking cookies.

6. Children

The Site is a general-audience arcade and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Since no personal information is requested, no such information should be provided.

7. Your choices

You can play without providing any personal information. You can clear all locally stored data at any time via your browser. You are never required to post to the leaderboard.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
